Oh Yah Baby! I’m so glad I am not alone on this Great Rollback Challenge. I love hearing how you are creating new habits for the better. It is quite intimidating to put myself out there and check in every day but I have to say that it has kept me on track. I hope it is helping you as well.
So day 12 his come of the Great Weight Rollback Challenge and it is time to weigh in. We are also going to be announcing our $10 Walmart gift card winners. This week was a little bit tougher for me to get in the exercise and I am definitely not getting enough sleep so we will try to do better at that next for the next six days.

Hey all you Starbucks fans out there! Be sure to check out your Walmart for coupons hanging on your favorite Starbucks drinks. I found that the Double Shot, Frappuccino and Coffee and Milk all had an extra savings of $0.50. That sure does beat the $5 price of going to Starbucks.
