which store, maya? I keep seeing it at 2.69—I love being able to get the ice cream and the milk pricematched and using that 1.50 off of both coupon at walmart!
Walgreens will have it on sale from Sunday aug 21 I thunk. Please double-check.

On the expo markers— will the cashier have to manually enter the coupon or will it scan since its a MF coupon? Always wondered this about Wags coupons.
I did the Expo deal last night and they just price matched as .99, then I used the 2.00/2 coupon (I bought 2 packs.) I also price matched copy paper, mechanical pencils, pens, marble notebooks, colored pencils…

I also feel like I did my good deed for today because earlier I was in Walgreens and saw a family with four kids buying a cartload of school supplies. I couldn’t manage to watch someone pay $2.79 for filler paper that they could have had for .01, so I asked the mom if she was interested in a better deal. She said uh, YEAH! When I told her about the paper, she asked if I knew of any other deals. I still had my match list, so I dug it out of my purse and she was thrilled. Almost the exact same list. Glad to pass your tips on to another hardworking family!
Today I tried to buy the last 2 tide travel size they had and the machine would not take the Q’s. The Q does not say “excludes travel size”. Is anyone else having this issue?

I used 4 of the tide coupons last week, but today when I went back for more the register beeped and I was not allowed to use them. N I was only trying to get 1. Also could not use the Advil coupons on the 10 ct pocket pac (though they went thru last week)
the Sally Hanson beauty tool coupon $2/$3 would not work on two items at $1.98 . They said I had to buy 1 tool that was $3. Took my coupons n left the advil, tide ,n sally hanson beauty tools at the store I still got some good deals and will not let these bumps in the road discourage me from couponing!!!!

They tried to tell my that, I explained the Q doesn’t say excludes trial/travel sizes and then overwrote it. I had a new cashier today and she learned a lot about wal-mart’s coupon policy. If one doesn’t take it, save it and go to another one
Yes, I had this problem last time I went. I had to explain to the new cashier that you don’t go by the picture, you go by what the coupon says and he had to call a csm. The csm pushed it through.
yep, i had huge issues too. Ive had cashiers take it, but the last one would not. the manager would not either.

I was told at walmart that you can not use a walgreens coupon and a manu coupon
I have corrected it, I fixed part of the deal and left the total on accident. Sorry Y’all! FYI yo ucan use an eligible walgreens store coupon and a mfg coupon together.

The coupon for the Dial Lotion does say “Excludes Trial Sizes”. Darn!
I’ve had Walmart accept and not accept the Cascade coupon because of overage. The Tide coupon worked just fine the same time the Cascade wsn’t accepted. Crazy, but didn’t mke an issue of it, the cashier was so nice. She just took the Cscades off,I’ll try again another day (maybe at self chechout!)

I just printed the Dial coupon and it say (excludes trial sizes) is this something that has changed on the coupon or is there another small size for $.97 that isn’t trial size?

I just wanted to say thanks for posting this! I can’t tell you how many times I have been in a similiar situation and thought, “ok, maybe I am the one who is wrong,” but I’m not and its nice to know even you and Paul (who are experts compared to me) have had these things happen to you. I guess its hard to understand why cashiers want to make you feel bad for couponing or really for just saving money….it is almost as if you breaking a rule or shoplifting and sad to say, it really discourages newbies from continuing to coupon! You guys rock! THANK YOU!!!

you can still do the deal with the $1/1. it works and is legit. Buy the reach floss and use the coupon listen in the deal. you will get anywhere from .12 to.03 overge depending on the price of reach floss at your store.
It’s too late on the Expo markers, but I got 12 free! Walgreens had a $3 off 1, so when buying two on sale it was $6 off. Then I used the $2 off 2- and used the highlighters on sale (9 cents) for a filler- making the purchase 1 penny-except tax and the 9 cent filler! It was 10 cents total on the purchase! For those who shop Walgreens- it is rare but if you can find a deal that has same sale price, same register rewards, and same amount off Man. COupon- you can get stuff back and forth FREE until your coupons run out! I got 16 free PErt 2 in 1 this week- doing just that! My other register reward was going to expire today so I used it at Walmart to get the money! Make it work for you!
