what does it mean when coupon says “excludes free item packs”? because it says that on this coupon
they have packs that are refills with Free Gadgets. Those are what is excluded. These are coded as Starter Kits so they will be totally FREE
None of these at the Wal Mart in Palm Bay, Florida 🙁 They weren’t labeled as $2.00. Do you happen to know the UPC for this specific one?
So am I correct in assuming that this is only for the dispenser only?
