That is the only thing preventing me from shopping there. The doubling of coupons is what brings my service to stores.
if they doubled and tripled I would never shop anywhere else!
If they double or tripled they would be the only store in my state and the neighboring state so i can see their sales going through the roof if they did!
Count me as another who would never shop anywhere else if WalMart doubled!!

I totally agree. The closest store which doubles and triples is Kroger and its about 20 minutes away. If Wal-mart did this I would be in coupon heaven!!!
I used to shop there all the time before I started couponing.. Since they don’t double, I’ve pretty much switched to Kroger as preferred for my grocery. If they doubled it would put them on a more preferred ground again. If they tripled, there would be no question at all where I’d be shopping… rofl
I would check that before couponing at Krogers, I went on a three day price matching mission, because I’ve been a Loyal Kroger customer for 20 years. Their prices are way higher than anyone elses, no wonder they double and triple coupons. I can shop at Wal-Mart with their no doubling policy and still save more than I can shopping at Kroger with their double coupon policy.
I’d be over the moon if it was just DOUBLING, to heck with tripling, I’ve never been to a store that triples anyway.
There are walmart test stores out there that are doubling actually it’s just in the testing stage though
We have 7 walmarts in our state that doubles coupons on Tuesday up to $1.00….it is the greatest thing ever!!! They don’t let you double a coupon on an item you are price matching though.

My Walmart has taken albertsons doublers for 6 months atleast now ,but we were the test markets. It’s awesome. It does take the right cashier to get you out under an hour. The lines here just got longer because of it.

print out the coupon policy.. paul has it here on the site… every walmart accepts internet coupons according to the corporate coupon policy.
I saw this new sign at my local Walmart as well and was very excited. They are becoming more and more coupon friendly!
I wonder if we can start a little (big??!) campaign requesting they do so! They would, literally, be the talk of the town!
I too, would love if Walmart starting doubling. My only concern is companies either lowering their coupon values, or putting “do not double” on more and more coupons since Walmart is such a huge company.
There is a pretty big coupon group here in my small town in Iowa. Of course, no stores double at all. So, I think if WM did, they would get a ton more business, more than they already do.
I’ve tried getting a couple of other stores here to double, but if WM did it, they def have a 1 up on the others here.
It would be cool if they doubled, but only if they left the prices alone. The whole rollback thing I don’t think would happen or the prices on the “regular” coupon items that any couponer that has been couponing for 6 months or more knows & expects, would slowly increase in price. IDK…mixed feelings on it. For those who are in the test market, have the prices on IDK…bic/schick razors, yogurt, cereal, Roberts brand etc. gone up at all?
