I was wondering does Wal-Mart honor Kroger/Dillons sale prices when they have their Mega Sales events? i.e. At Dillons/Kroger you have to purchase 10 items to get the 50 cents (or sometimes 30 cents) off per item. Is it the same at Wal-Mart? Or will they honor the sale price without having to buy 10 items to get the sale?
