I’ve seen four packs of different Libby’s veggies at Walmart, they cost $2. Will the $1 off of four cans internet work for these?

Tabasco in the Washington (DC) Post was $.75/1, but Blistex was $1/2.
Knorr has a .45 cent coupon in the smart source or red plum i don’t remember, you can use it on the packes of Knorr sopa ( pasta soup mixes) they are next to the little Knorr boxed cubes, their 3.5 oz and priced at .44 cents making them free, you will find it in the mexican isle.
You can also price match the Libby at Fiesta they are 5 for $3 through today. Or $0.60 each if you need to do the math and make it simple for your cashier. This is if your store does not have the 4 packs for $2 which the $1 off coupon does indeed work for.

How do you know ahead of time what the sales will be at any particular store? I have used coupons before only to find that the next week it was an even better deal.
I’m new @ couponing and find it difficult in my area…but I’m not giving up. I went on Red Plum (whatever that coupon circular is) and can’t find the morton salt or libby’s veggies coupons. Can anyone help?
