The Walmart Coupon Policy is that Buy One Get One coupons are applied to both items. This is per Walmart Customer Service, this is not directly addressed or stated in their Coupon Policy. I was also told that this can be changed at the discretion of the Store Manager, if the computer accepts the coupons then the deal will work if your manager is ok with it. The bottom line is that if you have a coupon friendly management team at your Walmart you will be able to do this deal.
I did this deal this morning and it worked fine, I have a coupon friendly store.

yes it is a mfg coupon and does not say redeem only at kroger. it is just branding
I wish I had been prepared with this coupon when I went to Walmart this morning, I had a great cashier, I actually did this same transaction but with the Tampax BOGO, and I used $1/1 with it so I ended up paying $3.18 for two boxes of tampons. He never said anything about not being able to use it with the BOGO and on another note, I found the 2 pack CG eyeliners for 7.47, used the $8/2 and gave me .53 cents overage.
how did you use the covergirl on 1 (2) pack of eyeliner? You are supposed to buy 2 different packages. It sounds like you could’ve hand written a coupon for a free TV with that cashier.
well i was gonna buy the two eyeliners separate but i saw the two-pack that automatically saved me $2 for just buying them in the same package. I remembered amazon.com had the same $8/2 in CG foundation, they came in two-packs also and by just buying the pack it applied the coupon so i decided to give it a try with the eyeliner since they are technically two products, i don’t know if he was just in a good mood and taking everything but i don’t think the machine beeped, that’s why i said i wish i would’ve had the axe deal ready bc this guy was taking everything I gave him lol
LOL, I’m guessing you haven’t seen my posts on the CG coupon. I know it seems logical to be able to buy the Eyeliner but the coupon is for face products not for eye products. A lot of people have made that mistake.
I can’t remember what you posted but i know you called to ask what was considered face products. I used my other two CG coupons the weekend they came out at CVS and got eye shadows with them, had no problems there either. I needed eye liner and I saw the coupon in my binder, It just makes sense to me since most people’s eyes are on their face, right? 😛 I know us parents have another set of eyes on the back of our heads but that’s not the set I got my make up for lol I was prepared to take the eyeliner back if it beeped or they wouldn’t take it but it worked. But I didn’t know the eye liner wasn’t part of the face products.
I am also there with you, Paul.. I always look at it this way with a $ / 2 coupon.. it has to be 2 UPC, it can’t be a 2 pack. I’m surprised the it went through at the register!

haha I totally agree with you there on the grouchy old ladies! I have had a few that try to fight things like the free bic pens! Hello they were $0.97 and the company put out $1.00 coupons! Why would there be any problem! ha
I just got another set of the two coupons and noticed that the BOGO coupon says “Free item must be of equal or lesser value of purchase item”. That basically means you get that shower gel free for which you provided the $1.50 off coupon. Nevertheless, my Walmart still accepts these together.

Hi! I love your site! I have a question for you. I used the $2 of one coupon for the 12 pack of schick disposable razors and had no issues. Then I went back with the $3 coupon to buy the same razors and had no issues..even got paid for the overage! I had bought a few and would go in every now and again and get more with the $3 coupons. (I put them in gift baskets). Until today..I went in using the $3 coupon and suddenly they won’t take them. Saying that the coupon is not for the 12 pack item. That the picture shows the included (2) extra razors but the whole package is not what is shown in the picture and i can’t use it. After explaining that I have not had any issues before and I don’t understand why I can not use it now, the supervisor told me he will let me use the coupon but not for $3, only for the price of the item $1.97. And only this once, like a warning. So I did not receive my$1.03 overage. Which is better than paying anything at all..but can they just change the rule all of a sudden? Was I wrong from the beginning? What do you suggest I do? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks!
The $3.00 Coupon is for the ST2 Packs only. they were coupons to buy more if you liked the 2 in the 10 + 2 packs

Tho, I DONT run into many problems using my q’s there. When it comes to BOGO q’s its always a hassle.It has to be a REALLY GREAT deal for me to even GO TO BATTLE. I know the policy well and it seems to me that WM needs to train their employees better.I PACK MY BINDER W/ALL POLICYS. but still seem to have problems sometime.
You hit the nail on the head when you said its up to managers. I can go in once. They will say no. I can go back there be someone differnt and its a YES. So my advice here is to try differnt times of day & night, if you run into a problem. I also agree w/you on NEVER go in and buy JUST the items that your trying to do a DEAL on.

We as couponers also have a responsibility to do the right thing! Just because a coupon doesn’t beep doesn’t make it right! If you buy lipstick and use the $8.00/2 coupon it may get past the cashier but what about when it gets sent in for redemption? When the coupon is scanned and matched to the receipt if the proper item has not been bought the store loses out. Yes Walmart get full payment for the coupon even if they sell the product for less but they don’t get anything if the right product is not bought. Sorry…..just adding my 2 cents. Sometimes it’s disheartening to hear people say it’s ok to do something as long as the register doesn’t beep.

Your in touch with the corporate office, can you please explain to me why the cashiers at Walmart are so uninformed about the Ad-Match program. My sister went to our Walmart and had one Item to price match. The cashier said she couldn’t do it and would not call the manager and told my sister she had to wait in line again at customer service to get the price match. Outrageous!! To be fair she didn’t have the ad-match policy with her, but I’m looking at it and at the very top of Walmart Corporate Ad Match Guarantee “tell us and we’ll match it. Right at the Register”. Makes me want to shop at Target! Whats your take. Your blog Rocks!!

Hi there, I went to my local Wal-Mart today (Norton, VA) And used the BOGO Axe coupon with the 1.50 off one and they accepted it. Also, I used a BOGO Tampax Pearl Coupon along with a 2.00 off one coupon and they accepted that also. I had made a trip to K-Mart because they are doubling coupons up to .99 and used another BOGO on Tampax Pearl Coupon combined with a 2.00 off one coupon and they accepted it there as well. So hopefully they will continue to accept these together at both places. I still have one BOGO on Tampax and 2.00 on one Tampax and I’m going to try to use it at my local Dollar Store to see if they will accept both as well.
I was able to use the B1G1 and the $1 off!
Just have to say I’m super disappointed cuz the B1G1 Axe was not in my coupons. What a bummer! Was looking forward to a great deal for stocking stuffers. I think I may need to get a different Sunday newspaper subscription, it seems I keep missing a lot of coupons! 🙁
