We are going to be getting a Bic coupon this Sunday in the Smart Source. Some previews are saying it will be a $1/2 Bic Stationery Product (SS 07/29/12) and others are saying 1 off Bic stationery item, guess it just depends on what region you are in. Best case scenario we are picking up some FREE pens or Wite out, worse case scenario they are half off.

Free is best but half off is better than nothing especially if you need these items.
Would this work on the mechanical pencils price match them from staples for 0.25 make the free and some profit for both of the coupons.
