The toshiba HD is the same price at Sam’s Club right now.
it’s regular price at wallmart is $65 so not a significant off.

My question is since Walmart “Black Friday” begins Thursday at 8pm, all items will still be at same price on Friday (depending on availability?). I am making sure if I put something on layaway now and it’s on sale during the Thursday event, that I can end the contract and match prices on Friday? My second question regarding the 1 hour in stock guarantee, this time is based on availability of the product and not when sale ends, correct? Will they also issue gift cards for items if it’s part of Black Friday deal, but was on layaway?

My friend called our Walmart and was told The black Friday stuff had certain UPC codes and they dont bring it out until the alloted time…

I just called and they told me, no price matching will happen on lay away items, at all!

Gina, the system automatically does it for Walmart items and they do price match because you are not actually purchasing it until you close out the ticket.
Just came from Walmart and they said if layaway is open (9 am-5 pm) and the item is on sale they will price match. The item I want is on sale Thursday a 10 pm so they will not allow the price match. So not as great here as it sounds.
