I found found a coupon for $.55/1 package of Wright Brand Sausage at Walmart. There are so many good recipes that can be made with Sausage, I am having a hard time deciding. What is your favorite recipe that uses smoked sausage? I may even try it and post it on here! Whatcha Got?!?!

Here is One of our favorites: It’s called STUFF (Thanks One Deal at a Time!)
Take a bunch of potatoes, slice them real thin, I like to use a mandolin. I have even used left over baked potatoes from the night before.
While you are slicing, melt an entire stick of butter in a very large pan, cast iron is the best. Then add an entire sliced onion. If you cook the onions down until they are clear the kids will eat them.
Like I said you can eat it just like this as a side dish with some ketchup, or add some meat to it and make it a meal or even eat it in a tortilla as you are running out the door to baseball practice.

Check out what I found in the clearance section at a few local Walmart Stores (Lots of them!). When I find them at more than one, there is a good chance it is a wide spread clearance item so take a peak the next time you are in. I always love those Under $1 Items!
