RoTel Queso Dip:
Velveeta 2lb Block
2 RoTel Diced Tomatoes Undrained
Dump all ingredients in the crockpot and heat until melted and serve.

If you want that queso dip faster because you are impatient like I am, you can pour all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on medium, about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and serve.
