I have seen these in two of my local Walmarts the last few days. Check the Maybelline makeup section for $2 coupons off any eye or face makeup. Eye liner twin packs start at just $2.97 so this is a great coupon. I also see Maybelline on clearance all the time, so check your clearance section to get an even better deal! Check out other great Under $1 items.
