My Walmart would not accept the $2 off Revlon coupon yesterday. They said printable coupons need to either have the little scissors at the top or a watermark to be valid. Have you heard this before?
No i have not, but am not surprised at what they make up. It says nothing about that in the coupon policy. On Walmarts own site, some of the coupons have neither.
In my experience at walmart and other stores, if it scans they’ll take it. If not, no-go.

my walmart is getting real sticky about PAH coupons. Evidently they took quite a hit on the fraudulent doritoes cpns out a few weeks ago. They have (so far) taken everyone of them but are closely examining each one.
With the new coupon policy, doesn’t Walmart now accept store coupons too? Will they accept the $2/1 Revlon Target coupon? Has anyone tried using store coupons there?
They do take competitor Q’s, but not for $ off. The Q must specify the price the the item….The only place I have seen competitor Q’s like that is at Walgreens…like where they have $.59 Bumble Bee Tuna. (Not $.59/1, but the price of the item will be reduced to $.59 when the Q is used).
If you use the new degree deo coupon from today’s paper $1 off coupon. It does not include a size so you can use the coupon on the travel size which is .97 + .03 overage!!
At my Wal-mart the scotch brite coupon beeped even though I clearly bought the correct product

So did I. They said, “We can’t accept internet coupons that beep.” It’s laughable the things they reply with.
Nevermind about my competitor coupon comment. I just looked at the coupon policy again and it’s a newer one than I last saw. Because it’s a dollar-off coupon versus specific price, I would not be able to use it. And it doesn’t seem they take Dollar-off catalinas anymore.

I tried using a $1/1 Tide(no size restrictions) from the P&G booklet and the register beeped. The cashier put the coupon through as $0.97, so no overage for me. I used the same coupon last month and no problem.
I had the same beep on two PAH Q’s for the Renuizit Odor Neutralizer for $1/1, purchased the Renuizit Odor Neutralizer Cones at $0.97 each and my cashier told me that they would manually force the coupon but no overage is transferable in that case. I wanted to jump across the counter, and teach her how to speak english first, then choke her, but chose to go to the cust service counter and discuss the coupon policy in length with a manager. I know it was only $0.06 but it is the PRINCIPLE. Well when I got there, the line was ten customers deep with another limited english speaking Walmart employee. Going tomorrow to get another load of bargains, so I am taking the receipt from the other day and will address it just for the principle sake.

I went to my Wal Mart (Alabaster, AL) with $3/1 gain MQs and was told that I have to purchase an item in excess of the coupon price. They would not accept the coupons at all! I was very not happy… but I smiled and bought my other items… grrrr. 🙁
Morgan, Bring the Walmart coupon policy with you. That is from corporate and they should follow it. I made $16 because of those $3/1 Gain coupons.
