This is how she got hers for FREE. Last year at Christmastime, I found $2/1 Paper Cutter peelies (on the Scotch tape) and tearpads with NO EXPIRATION DATE at walmart. This will make them FREE!
This year the Scotch Tape had $1/1 Scotch Paper cutter peelies. If you have the coupons you should be able to get these for FREE to $1 each! They are $5.99 at CVS!
