Here is the 2013 Coupon Insert Schedule. There will be weeks that you may have some regional variations, you can use this week as an example. In the 1/6 inserts you may find a Target J&J insert, I of course will not be covering that 🙂

As far as the inserts go this week, you want to make sure you get papers. There are 5 inserts and I can already see 3 freebies at Walmart!
