OK… Thank You- Thank You- Thank You!!!!!! You have saved my life. I have chosen to do a combination of all of your awesome suggestions, I have also added a little flavor of my own!

Here is what I am going to use so far:

1. Med-Large Roast
2. Yellow Onion
3. Kosher Salt
4. Cream of Mushroom (not pictured)
5. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

STEP 2

I love your suggestions so this is how I have done it so far:

1. I seasoned the meat with Kosher Salt and very little pepper. I put a little oil in a pan let it get really hot and seared the roast with a sliced yellow onion.

2. Before the onions got too done, I pulled them out and set them in the bottom of the crock pot. I then put in the cream of mushroom soup and the secret ingredient a bottle of coke and mixed them.

3. When the roast was seared perfectly, I set it on top of the onion, Coke and cream of mushroom goodness. I turned it on high and I will let it cook for about 4-5 hours.

I am in charge of dinner tonight and I am going totally brain dead! I have this beautiful roast, a crockpot and some potatoes. So, I need some help with the first part. I can’t seem to remember what to do first, I feel like a moron. I am going to take this in steps today and document it for you, keep checking back today and lets see how this turns out!

Today’s Walmart Value of the day is Masterbuilt 30″ Electric Smokehouse for only $149.   The Masterbuilt 30″ Electric Smokehouse is an easy-to-use electric smoker that allows you to cook your favorite foods. This powder-coated steel smoker is styled like a refrigerator and has the capacity of holding up to 30 pounds of smoked foods, including treats such as barbecue chicken, jerky, or ribs.
The Masterbuilt 20070910 Digital Electric Smoker has a digital control panel that allows you to set the temperature anywhere between 100 and 275 degrees Fahrenheit. You can also conveniently set the timer for up to 24 hours. You must of course be around to add wood chips, but this can be done with ease through the convenient side door. I believe the  $.50/1 Old El Paso Coupons has reset under Zip Code 77380 or 90210.  Under $1 list items are always HOT and an I Heart the Mart favorite! . All you need for a full meal is to buy some cheese and a probably a tomato and then of course whatever ground meat you are going to mix the seasoning into. Ground turkey or beef , it doesn’t matter they both turn out really gooda Add some rice and you are in business!!
