I get emails all the time asking which survey companies are legitimate. The ones listed below are, I have either used them myself or have a close friend who has.
This is a great time to try and do some, you have a chance to accumulate some Christmas Cash all year long. I use a separate email address for surveys, that way I can keep track of the ones I am doing.
If you have not done one before or tried it, they are easy to do, I would sign up for all of them and just see which ones are a good fit for you!

I do Pine Cone surveys. They pay $3 a survey, and I do about 2-3 a month. A request shows up in my email. I get a check in the mail a week after I do one. They are pretty popular and hard to get into; the second you find out they have openings, sign up fast.
I tried doing Neilson and wasn’t happy. I had to go to their web site to see if they had any surveys I was eligible to take…and there NEVER was. I had to give them a ton of personal information and fill out forms to apply and then I got nothing in return. But they got plenty from me. After many months I withdrew from that survey site, rather than just not coming back any more.
Which ones other then the Pine Cone surveys actually pay money not just rewards with cards?
Beth, I am apart of several survey sites, including Pinecone. The only other ones that are close to Pinecone (in my opinion) are Synovate and MyPoints, though My Points isn’t just surveys. Synovate you sign up for and they will send you surveys and sometimes product reviews (if you want them) and you get so many “points” for each survey, depending on the amount of questions/time they estimate it will take you to complete. They have two options to cash out. Use your points for mailed checks, or get your money through a gift certificate to one of their listed sites (Amazon, etc.) I have been with them since the beginning of October or so and have made $30 and I have not done every survey they’ve offered me, so it does build up rather quickly. MyPoints has surveys that you can do for points as well, which add up just like Synovate. My Points also gives you points for shopping on a bunch of different websites to, they are not just a survey site.. You can’t get checks mailed to you from them like Synovate or Pinecone either. You can either get a variety of gift cards to different retailers or you can have your money put on one of those Visa/MC gift cards that can be used anywhere. The Visa/MC gift cards are only available in $25/$50 amounts though so depending on how active you are it may take you a few months to build up that many points in your account to cash out for a Visa gift card. The other gift cards (Applebees, Amazon, etc.) are all available at smaller amount too like $10 so you can cash out fast.
I love PineCone Research!!! I love my $3.00 checks 🙂
