Yes, Walmart accept Comp Coupons that state an actual price for a specific item.
Will this reset for everyone? I have seen this coupon reposted several times, but not reset for me.

Ok, so then this would also work with the Domino sugar right? There’s a coupon in the Walgreens circular for a 4lb bag for $2.49 and then I use my $.50/1 coupon to pay $1.99.
