  1. My mom tried pricematching today at her Walmart for the first time. She had everything written down and was very organized. The cashier told her she needed the ads and she showed the cashier not only the Walmart Policy she brought with her but the sign above the register that said you did not need the ad. The cashier called a supervisor and that person told my mom that if the Walmart did not have the ad in their store (meaning the cashiers have some ads) she could not price match. I have never heard such a thing and wanted to check with you. Is this correct or should she contact corporate?

    Thanks!

    • You should contact corporate. It is on every sign at every register and on commercials all throughout their store. I am curious did they bring over a store manager or a CSM. If it was a CSM then you need to ask for a Salaried Member of Management. Sorry that happened to you.
