This is from Tiffany (my wife) A long time reader and friend Crystal, adopted her son through the DePelchin Children’s Services. This Christmas season DePelchin is in great need of gifts, toys, and gift cards for over 300 children in the Houston area! I KNOW THAT WE CAN HELP!

If you are going to be in town, December 17th please consider coming to a Open House Cookie Exchange hosted by Tiffany and Myself, from 6pm to 9pm in The Woodlands, TX.

What to bring:

4 dozen Homemade Cookies (no Chocolate Chip, unless they are really different) in a disposable container.
A toy donation for a child, OR Gift card (these are good for the teenagers)
~~If you have extra wrapping paper, tape and gift labels, bows, etc.~~
Extra container to take home 4 dozen different cookies

How it works:

You bring 4 dozen cookies (they can all be the same kind), plus a toy for a child to donate, you leave with 4 dozen assorted cookies that you choose from the huge cookie display. You can hang out, chat, mingle, swap couponing stories, ~~help wrap presents for kids~~, etc. Basically have a good time and girls/guys night out. I have a few fun door prizes you can win!

In my store I saw this Little Tykes Lalaloopsy play house for $169.97. It is the Sew Cute Lalaloopsy model. This is new to me I had not seen this before, and with the Lalaloopsy craze I thought it was interesting. They were also flying off the shelf. Two people bought one while I was in the store.
