How does the webinar work? I’m not from Houston so I’m not interested in the subscription there, but what other information do you cover?

I have not yet received information about getting in to the webinar. I’m not in Houston, but I love their coupons! They get everything I don’t get here in Louisiana. The subscription is only for Houston area residents. Is there any way to get them out of state? Or just the coupons?
If I live in dallas can I still get the houston subscription? Dallas Morning News is so unreliable with their papers. Sometimes I get all the inserts, sometimes I dont get any at all when I’m supposed to have 3.
