What are “back on track” bins? never seen them before. please help 🙂
these are just bins up and down the “action” alleys as we call them here, like out front of the pharmacy, etc. they have signs advertising these low prices like the cat treats; mine has things like small bottles of softsoap body wash, toothpaste, cat treats, etc. loved the toothpaste, we got them for 19 cents a tube after coupons.
Those are actually only $.25 at the Brookings, SD location!
