I had the same problem then I realized that it has to be on the “in stock” ones then it works, if it says temp. unavailable with a future ship date then it won’t work.
does yours say that you have items eligible for free shipping through shoprunner in the green banner too? it says click to sign in, but then when I do, it tells me they are ineligible. So I click to remove ineligible items and it removes everything from my cart! Ugghhhh so frustrating. I am giving up. If someone figures it out, please tell the rest of us frustrated shoppers! 🙂
Mine worked fine after I had only the “in stock” 2 in my cart then the shipping was free through shoprunner.

it says the cheekers are ineligible for Shoprunner shipping. There is only 8 items eligible on the whole site for Cover Girl cosmetics. How did you do it?? I have tried it 6 different times and ways. It’s not letting me use the free shoprunner 2 day shipping.
Oh and the coupon is working fine, but without the shoprunner shipping, they aren’t worth it. Shipping is $5.99. I can run up the street to Target and get them absolutely free, with overage. So I don’t know what I am doing wrong with the shipping on shoprunner. Please someone tell me before I cancel it and give up! thanks!!
@Jessica: You need to choose the color that is “in stock” otherwise is will count as not eligible for shop runner shipping. Hope this helps.
It’s not eligible for shoprunner as the items are out of stock.
They have to be instock. They might all be sold out.

I found out you can only do this once because it says “limit of one coupon per household.” Still an awesome deal to get two free without having to use up the paper coupons!!

when you look at the product, right above the blue add to bag button.. you’ll see a check box that says: online coupon: click and save… select that! and it’ll add your coupon at checkout. no codes.
Got a couple. Natural shimmer and Sierra sands are in stock.
I was able to get two Natural Shimmer CG blushes. Says out of stock but will ship in 1-2 weeks. Shoprunner worked fine.
Did anyone ever find out why the blush is ineligible? I have spent an hour on here and can’t figure it out.

CoverGirl Professional – Loose Powder – .7 oz $5.29 (after savings $1.29)
Savings on 1st item-$4.00 then savings on 2nd item-$4.58 plus free shipping so all I paid was $2.78….total savings $8.53

Same thing happened to me! They were “in stock” when I ordered, maybe they cancelled everyone’s after they realized we were getting them for free? I hope that’s not the case 🙂

I TIRED USING THE $8/2 COVERGIRL COUPON AT WALMARTAND THEY TOLD ME IT ONLY APPLIED TO THE MAKE UP THAT WAS $12.99 AND UP. JUST WONDERING IF THIS IS TRUE
Ummmm NO! If you had to use is on a certain value product it would state that directly on the coupon. They are $8 off ANY 2 face products. Looks like you might have had an unfriendly cashier 🙁
