i just talked to customer service and they are saying it is ONLY the case, that they are trying right now to remove this from the website. so…………..

Why would it have an original list price of $79.00 for just the case? This is obviously a mistake/misprint but they have to honor it anyway. 🙂 GREAT DEAL!

I printed off the bill says clearly “Fujifilm Finepix ax560 black 16mp digital camera w/5x opical zoom value bundle with case” I bet I’ll have to bust major balls to get it. But I will get it…
They did this in December with the Lalaloopsy doll deal, remember? The Red Riding Hood one and another, then they only shipped the one doll.
Melissa B yes they did but I got the dolls after a small fight. I let the order get delivered to the store & when I went to pick them up & it wasn’t both dolls, I cancelled the order on the spot. Then I called customer service the next day & she had me reorder both dolls separately & then readjusted my total to the $17 it should have been all along. Even comped my shipping to the house! Good luck everyone!
See. I did about the same thing, went ahead and ordered, and then picked up at store, canceled when it was the one doll, called CS, never did come to an agreement on the advertised deal. Hope this deal works out for those that got it!
Do you think they will honor it? i thought if they advertise for it they have to honor it.
I printed the original ad off as well as multiple other spots on their website where it states the deal as a whole. Im going to make a vbig deal about this.
I got a feeling this one is going to have to be sent to the attorney general. Talked to the customer service and they were very rude.

I purchased this camera this morning also. my receipt i printed off said it was the camera and the case bundled. I just tried looking on their website a few minutes ago, and it is still on there listed as a bundle for $4.00. I even just searched for the camera itself, and it still comes up the same bundle price for the camera and the case. I hope they are going to honor this, as alot of ppl have already paid for what is advertised as a camera and case bundle.
They now have the ad fixed says 59.00. Think they should be held accountable for their error.
Strange I just click link again. And its back at 4.00. weird maybe they want to sell it for 4.00. ha
i brought this camera today too, saying the same thing it was 4.00 for everything , but same thing happen to me that happen to everyone esle is getting an email saying i just brought a case. i email them and told them they must honor the deal,. they too will get a flight with me about this
I heard that this was incorrect but currently they still have the same offer online.
I will be fighting like hell to get this deal

Paul, what did they say when you called? I replied back to the email of the order confirmation and I’ve tried tweeting the @Walmart twitter handle but of course, no response while they are freely responding to other people who have expressed dissatisfaction in one way or another. :-/
Please do follow up here! Also interested to hear what you find out. It’s not worth the time on the phone for me to try to investigate, but if you confirm it’s just the case I’d like to cancel my order of course. The email made me feel like a schmuck, having bought just some camera cases for $4 each. If that’s the case I’d still like to try and cancel my order.

When I placed my order the email I received of the order only mentions the case, but when you go to walmart.com and put in your order number it says the camera quantity 1, and the case quantity 1. I just print out all the information for me to take to the store when it arrives in case there is a dispute. I am interested in what they have to say though because I’ve searched and found multiple people complaining about the deal.
Called walmart because my order summary too said JUST the case, I spoke with a supervisor in the billing dept. They WILL not honor the camera. I fought like hell & threatened to speak with an attorney about the matter because I do have Screen shots of it on their website listed for 4.00 & the screenshots of my payment with order number. They didn’t care. Said they WOULD NOT send a camera for 4.00. He did offer me a large credit. But that is the most they will do. They are acting like their mistake was no big deal. I don’t think they should get away with it!
