Ack! You’re right…I printed out 1 of the Bic coupons and it’s huge! Took up the whole paper! Wonder if they’ll accept this? It has the barcode, etc. So, I guess they will…LOL.
Oh, btw, at my local supermarket, they have Honeycombs for $2 and inside of the box there’s over $4 worth of coupons and there is the BIC one right inside of it! 🙂

well went to walmarts and got mine pluse other stuff total price was 33.52 walked out paying 3.26 good day at the store i ♥ the mart lol

Paul, first off I want to say I love your site and thanks for all the great matchups. Now.. I have a question. Is it true that when you price match you arent supposed o be allowed to use a q? I have both the ad match guarantee policy printed and the official coupon policy printed and in my binder and have read through multiple times to be certain I am playing by the rules and have never had an issue doing both before but last night I went and matched the target ad to get these pens and it was a heck of an ordeal. First the cashier insisted that the matchng was a coupon and kept trying to show me that you can only use one q per item so i wouldnt be allowed to match and use my $1/2 bic. She brought a manager over who tried saying the same thing so i stood my ground and asked him to show me exactly where it says that. He couldnt so i did end up gettng the deal but he made a point to tell me it would be just this once. Ive done other deals before with both and no issue at this very same store. Am I wrong and this policy varies store to store? After that was settled they also gave me a hard time using the $5 bengays on the $4.23 tube and blackflag $1 on the .98 swatters and ribbons. This was by far my most simple transaction lately and the worst experience I have ever had a problem at walmart until last night and it has me a bit bothered. I was at the point of taking my q’s and leavung without purchasing anything. It wasnt just the q items I was buying.. Had other fullpriced products as well. Thanks.
Hi Jessi, Good for you standing your ground. They are definitely 2 separate policies that have NOTHING to do with each other. You can explain to them what a coupon is next time, you know cash from the manufacturer that they also get an $.08 per coupon bump on. It’s average is way above a 10% increase of revenue, forget what the profit is.
