In Texas we eat BBQ all year round, but I know we really step it up during Summer at our house. Pool Parties and Ball Games are all great excuses to eat some serious Q. Serious Q generally means some serious stomach discomfort (that's the nice way of saying it), that is when I bust out the Tums!

My favorites are Brisket, Ribs, Sausage, Brats, Burgers, Mac and cheese and I am always down for a piece of deep dish pizza! If I eat any of this before or after 7:00 I need a couple of TUMS to get me back on track!
