I have made my Top 10 Walmart Black Friday Deals for 2013. I have gone through all of the ads and I have to say that the Walmart 1 hour guarantee items kick some serious Black Friday Bootie! The iPad Mini for $299 with a $100 Gift Card Back is not only the best deal out there, you are guaranteed to get it as long as you show up to Walmart before 7:00 pm on Thanksgiving night.
