We’ve seen some pretty sweet deals on Reynolds Wrap this week and here’s another one. Grab your Safeway/Randalls ad and look for the deal on Friday only sale. Price match at Walmart on the 75 sq ft roll. These are $4.96 at Walmart and will be $2.99 w/ price match. PLUS, you have the $1.50 printable Reynolds coupon.

The Walmart Coupon policy talks about accepting competitors coupons. This is what they have to say:
Competitors’ coupons
• A specific item for a specified price, for example, $2.99
• Buy one, get one free (BOGO) coupons for items with a specified price
• Have a valid expiration date • Are acceptable in black and white
An amazing example of this, is this weeks Safeway (or Safeway affiliate store) store ad.
This is the 3rd page of the ad that came out today. Above is an ENTIRE page of “competitor” coupons that you can use at Walmart. Because each coupon lists a specific price you can use them at Walmart. This is how it works.
You take the ad, find the item you want, if it is less in the Safeway ad you want to use the ad. Now, when you are at the register, you tell the cashier…
“I want to price match this item to the Safeway price of ……”
Then show them the Safeway coupon. They are not going to scan the Safeway coupon. Basically, they just override the price as a price match and give you the Safeway price and you keep that Safeway store coupon. Now, you can also use a manufacturer coupon on top of this. Why? Because the first price change was a price match and now you can use a “cents off” manufacturer coupon on top of that. If you have a problem doing this at your store, call 1-800-walmart and ask them to inform the store manager of the Walmart coupon policy.
My favorite deal this week that I am getting from the Safeway ad at Walmart is the Kingsford Charcoal for only $6.99! This actually beats the Kroger price I posted about earlier today. There is a $2.00 off meat with purchase of Kingsford charcoal.

If you still have the $4/4 Kellogg’s coupon, this would make a great deal. There is also a rebate when you buy 10 boxes of participating Kellogg’s items you get a $10 pre paid gas card!
