I love when Randalls has their in-store coupons! You can either make a trip into Randalls, or you can price match this price to Walmart.
Randalls is a Safeway store, so if you have a Tom Thumb or Safeway you should have this coupon in your ad. It looks to me like this is a store coupon, mostly because the limit is 4 and the fact that you can clip or click it. That tells me it is okay to price match.
There is also a $1.00 off TWO BOXES any flavor Cheerios cereals coupon that you can print making these only $1.38 a box! Plus there is still the BOGO Cheerios coupon if you have not printed it!
