Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage + Biscuits & Gravy Recipe

Use this $1.00 off JENNIE-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll and be on your way to one of my Top 5 Favorite breakfasts of all time. I am at a point where I need a high protein diet, but I have to keep my cholesterol down so I am trying new things. I grabbed a couple of rolls and we will probably have this for breakfast Sunday morning.

Here is Tiffany’s Super Easy and Really Awesome Biscuits & Gravy Recipe:

Fist brown a roll of (Turkey)sausage or whatever kind you like.
Break the pieces up into small chunks as it is cooking.
When brown, do not drain. Add about 5T of flour to coat the sausage.
Next, turn the heat to medium and add about 1 1/2 cups milk. Stir all together and cook for a few minutes. The flour is going to start thickening up into gravy. You are going to have to add more milk, a little at a time, to get the gravy to the consistency that you and your family like. In total I add about 2 1/4 cups milk but honestly every batch is different.

Bake up some really nice buttermilk biscuits, and you have a super simple yummy meal!

My kids will all eat about 2 biscuits and I make 2 rolls of sausage!

$2.00 off HORMEL CURE 81 Boneless Ham. I just want to say that I appreciate Hormel and the fact that they provide coupons for meat. They are one of the very few that do unless it is for lunch meat. I don’t eat all of their product but I definitely try to print and support them when they do.

The Cure 81 coupon has been out before and confused a few of you so I want to make sure it is clear. The Hormel Cure 81 is priced by the pound, at my store it is $3.94 per pound. A lot of people thought that the tag was the total price and were a little confused at the register. I picked a 1.5 lb. ham so mine rung up at $5.91 and $3.91 after coupon or $2.61 per pound.

These are the perfect size for dicing up and making an omelet! You know I love my breakfast!!!!

You know I am all about the bacon and lately I have really been eating a lot of Turkey Bacon. Besides having awesome coupons like this $1.00 off Jennie-O Turkey Bacon 12 oz, it is a healthier alternative that has really good flavor. I don’t necessarily think of it as bacon but it still tastes really good. Another great benefit is that it is much cheaper than traditional bacon. Walmart’s price range will be $2.22 up to $2.48.

Score one of the Ecce Panis Baguettes for only $1.43 at Walmart when you use this $0.55 off ONE Pepperidge Farm Ecce Panis breads coupon. I can’t pronounce this stuff but it eats real good!:-) I love this stuff with some Nutella hazelnut spread on it. Mmmmmmmm!
