I hope that your local Walmart has been having the same great clearance event that mine has been. All week there has been a table with items that are an additional 50% off. Today they brought out fishing poles and all kinds of great stuff.

Easter Clearance is under way, my Walmart just hit 75% off! When you are heading out to get your shopping done be sure to check out these great finds. I found cookie cutters, decorative nails, stamps and army men all for only $0.24 each.
Don’t forget to check out other areas of the store. I have heard that readers found sandwich bags for 75% off because they had pastel Easter decorations. The plain pastel table cloths that are considered “Easter” could be great for Princess birthday parties. We just need to think outside the box.
April is the time of year that Walmart switches out the last years TV models for this years new models. It is a great time to score a great deal of 40% off or more. My store is at 50% on most of their TV’s, I saw 4 or 5 different 40 in HDTV’s for under $250! I saw a 55 inch HDTV for under $500!
This started about a week ago at one store in my area and it was yesterday for another. If you are in or may be in the market it is definitely worth your while to go check out the deals. The only draw back is that many of the TV’s don’t have remotes, but with cable or dish it really isn’t that big of a deal.
