The coupon I have says not valid on online orders. It also says it has to be done at a Kiosks in a Walmart store. Does this mean we can’t order online but pick up in store? Thanks!
Yes, unfortunately the HP kiosks can be used in-store only. They put out a lot of freebie coupons during the winter and I had trouble 9 out of 10 times using the kiosks between three different stores. It is always nice to save money, but I have started to wonder if it is worth it to use the HP kiosks because of all the frustration and wasted time they caused me. Let’s hope they’ve fixed the bugs with their computers by now so we can enjoy great deals!
I’ve used this coupon when it was offered in the past. It worked great. I needed a quick tutorial from the photo person, but you just go to the kiosk, load your picture (with a CD, USB, SD card, etc.) place your order, and they print it out in the “lab”. This just means behind the counter on their huge machines… My posters were ready in 15 minutes.

I’m glad you didn’t have trouble with the kiosks in your stores! Mine were simple to use….. so long as they were working! They kept breaking down and one time I had it say it was processing my prints for over and hour until I finally just gave up and left.
