When was the last time you had a Date Night? This time of year things get crazy and it is really easy to forget to take some time just the two of us. That is why I planned a special night IN. Babysitting for us gets ridiculous and the 16 year old is really hard to pin down on a Friday Night. Instead of the stress and expense I made arrangements for the kids to stay upstairs in the playroom and have their own movie night while we had ours.

It is really important for the kids to see us have special nights together. Nights with the table set up and they know we are just spending time with each other. Obviously they don’t need to know where the romance goes, as far as they are concerned they all came from Mom eating ice cream.

I love to cook and I love to shop, but with all of the deals I have been finding it is hard to plan a gourmet meal. Instead of throwing a meal together hoping I had all the right ingredients, I used Plated.com and got the ingredients for a gourmet meal delivered to my door. I seriously can’t believe how easy it was and how good they made me look. Do you see that steak!!! Of course it took a grill master like me to make it perfect but the meat was amazing and the sent me all the ingredients I needed to make it taste wonderful.

Dinner is over and it is time to cuddle up and watch a movie. I LOVE Redbox, but I HATE that I always forget to take it back. That $1.20 has turned into $25 too many times, I am actually banned from them. I was pretty stoked to find VUDU! With Vudu you get to watch basically movie theater movies at home, before they are even available on video and never have to leave the house! We narrowed it down to two choices, which one did we choose? 🙂

Dinner was great, the movie was pretty good and the kids are in bed. This is all the details you get! I will tell you that the dinner from Plated and the movie were all free with $40 in Gift Cards when you buy this amazing stuff above. Is that TMI? We do have 7 kids!

KidKraft makes a lot of Dollhouses and there are a lot of deals out there, but this is always a favorite.The KidKraft Savannah is only $79 and for the amount of stuff you get and the quality it is a really good price. You are hearing this from a guy with 5 girls and a lot of doll house experience. If there is one thing I know, it is that if you can at all swing it, it is worth it to spend the extra money.

All Walmart Green Monday Deals are Live! What is Green Monday? It is a day set aside for the 2nd Monday in December and normally has about 10 days left until Christmas! It was started by Ebay and is obviously not as popular as Cyber Monday or Black Friday, but there is a ton of money spent online. Green Monday is one of the best shopping days of the year, would you believe that more money was spent online on Green Monday than on Cyber Monday.

Unfortunately a few of the really good deals are sold out already online, some items may be available in the store. I am keeping my eye out for Zoomer Dogs and Lego Deals. There are a few good TV deals left if you are in the market.

One of the hardest Christmas gifts to find is the Xbox One. Hurry over Walmart has the Day ONe edition with 2 games or an accessory and a game for $617. I have seen this going for more than $900 online!
