They have it HEB in Killeen so maybe other HEBs carry it as well (about .78 each) with a yellow Q for B2G1 free. (but being able to combine this coupon with that deal will be highly YMMV)

I buy the fried rice pack all the time to make shirmp fried rice with, better than take out. I dont add the peas and carrots though and I actually use a pound of shrimp. I live in cental Illinois and get it at Kroger and Walmart, costs about $1
