Hot coupon for some cheap NYC Color Products available at Walmart. They do not define color products on their website. The nail polish and lipsticks can be found as low as $.99 at Walmart. This can make them only $.24 each.
NYC Nail Polish: $.99
$1.50 off 2 NYC Color Products
Total: $.48 for 2 or $.23 each

Can’t find the coupon. What is the zip?
same here, can’t find the coupon 🙁
I went into my Walmart today with 3 of these coupons (I have more than one computer) and they tried to tell me that I could only use 2 printed coupons per day because you can only print out 2 coupons per computer. I tried to calmly and nicely explain to the woman how it works but she started getting nasty with me and accused me off fraud. I can’t stand that when they accuse someone of fraud simply because of their own ignorance. I left the store and called and talked to the store manager. He told me he was going to talk to the assisant manager who was involved and that he would call me back. Still haven’t heard back from him. I don’t understand why some stores give people such a hard time about it and apparently they are not properly training their employees. So frustrating. I hope nobody else is going through the same thing.
didnt find the coupon either?
The problem is, is that you are meant to get at most two coupons from the manufacturer. Companies don’t like it when people go to a store and stock up on their item from coupons they’ve printed more than they’re allowed. She believes it’s fraud because you have more than what you’re alloted. If you wish to continue printing more than what you’re supposed to, then I suggest going different days. I don’t do this, but I just read posts where some people were printing 20 coupons for 2.00 off Palmer’s face product. Sure, you get a ton of product for almost nothing, but if couponers continue this cycle, their will be no more internet coupons allowed. Stores are already starting to not accept internet coupons. The cashiers aren’t being ignorant, they’re cracking down because of people who do this. They are only doing their jobs, which are at risk when they let too many of the same internet coupon through, or take counterfit coupons. Think of the cashiers job, the companies losing money to pay the stores back, and the stores that don’t get paid back because they DID accept too many internet coupons for that same product. While it is frustrating, you are getting something for almost free; is that 23 cent nail polish really worth the fuss? That’s when you call the manager when you get home and ask what their policy is on internet coupons. Because of bad couponers, stores are changing their policies.
The cashier was not being ignorant, you are absolutely right. She was doing what her assistant manager told her to do. However, the assistant manager obviously did not know their own WalMart coupon policy. I did not have 20 coupons…. I had 6. And it was obvious that they all were separately printed because they had different numbers. She was accusing me of copying coupons which i have never done and will never do. Having 6 coupons does not make me or anyone a bad couponer. AND WalMart has not changed there coupon policy to reflect this. SO just because some people may be doing the things she is accusing me of does not mean that all couponers do that. I coupon to save money wherever I can.
She isn’t doing anything wrong because she had 3 coupons. It’s 2 PER computer, not per person. If someone has more than 1 computer, they print more than 2 coupons. It isn’t fraud and it isn’t being a bad couponer. Kind of ridiculous to accuse of her being.
I mean what does it matter to you Charity how many coupons she has or how many she printed? You don’t know how many people she has in her family, what she does with the products she coupons, who she helps that can’t afford to help theirselves, etc. I am appalled at the comments people continue to make about fellow couponers especially when they have no idea the situation.
The manufacturers usually set a total limit of prints for their coupons. It doesn’t matter if they release 10,000 printable coupons and one person prints all of them! It is not fraud to use more than one coupon unless it specifically says that on the q! I have 1 computer so I usually am able to print out 2 q’s. But you bet your bottoms that I would print more if I had more computers! Charity-so what if Melinda had 3 q’s? She didn’t break any laws! You need to take your accusations and false information elsewhere!
I was going to say the same as Lorrie – there’s a total number of coupon prints out there. It’s just like getting a newspaper. If your city only distributes 10,000 newspapers, are you limited to ONLY your two? No, you can buy as many as you want and use the coupons you buy. Just because you buy 10 papers doesn’t mean the company is going to lose money, and it doesn’t change the amount of coupons that are out there.
I could not find that coupon. I tried the 90210 zip that was suggested and it didn’t come up.
Whats the zip code for the coupon i cant find it!
I have looked for the NYC coupon for 2 days n I have not found it either.
I wasn’t able to find NYC brand makeup at my Walmart. I the entire makeup aisle, but I’m guessing I just didn’t look good enough.
And to add to the whole 2 coupons per person nonsense, printable coupons companies could easily put a limit to 2 coupons per IP address. There’s no shame in printing out 4, 6, or 60.
There is a limit of two per IP address. It when the same person uses 5 different computers that become an issue.
Using multiple computers is no different than buying multiple papers, just like Jennifer said. It may not seem fair to some people but it’s not illegal or unethical.
