I just got home from Walmart. My Walmart refused to price match because the CVS ad states “with card” (i.e. you can only get the sale price at CVS with a CVS card and it is not a general sale). HELP…. can I really get Wamart to Price Match?

Mine made me show them my CVS card when I price matched the Dawn so show it if you have one or try another cashier.
my trip to Walmart last night was an affirmative NO from the cashiers and two managers. It was kinda hard to go to another cashier 🙁 I even had the Walmart policy in hard. Neither manger would budge. I do appreciate you help though…maybe I should make the long drive and try another Walmart
Do you have to buy 10 to get the $1 price? I priced matched bread before and it was 2/$4 and the cashier made me buy 2.
those sales are never buy 10 of the same item. it is buy 10 of the participating items so generally no. If it is an item that says 2/$4 or one at $2.99, then you must buy the 2 of the same item. I suppose they could require that you buy 10 of all the participating items but I have never seen nor heard that.
Hi Paul – me again.
While sipping on my free single serve Simply Orange Juice today, I kept thinking how great it would be quench my thirst with the evasive and illustrious ChexMix price match that escaped my grasp last night. Sooooooooo I stopped at a different Walmart on the way home from work. At the check out I have seven Chex Mix bags and seven 50 cent coupons and the CVS ad. After the cashier and manager have a lengthy discussion I was told I HAD to purchase 10 to get them for $1.00/each. I had Seven 50 cents coupons so I caved and let them ring up ten bags. Oddly there were no more of the small bags when I went back so the Walmart manager gave me 3 of the larger bags for $1.00. ***shakes head**** I just can’t figure out Price Matching at Walmart I think the manager just made up a policy today that made me come out ahead-without a coupon.
