believe it or not… heat really does help much faster than pain meds all by themselves.
As someone that has horrible cramps… Yes they do the job very well. I also use the back Thermacare product for the same purpose when I can’t find the other!
I got a bunch for my daughter, and she loves them. They’re like a heating pad you can wear around. I think they’re a brilliant idea!
