okay, take the sausage and cook it up, drain. add enough tomato sauce 3-4 small cans to sausage, a little ground sage (1/2 teas) or just leave it out if you don’t like it, about 1 teaspoon powdered garlic. taste for salt, i don’t add salt normally but i don’t cook with it much. fix one package of small shell spaghetti as directed on box. pour sauce over spaghetti. our family has to have this when we all get together. just add a salad and garlic bread.
