According to the Brita Facebook page they are NOT honoring the MIR that they have had posted. They have offered NO explanation as to why and I can’t even begin to speculate. I am not sure how they think they are going to get away with this but I will keep you updated with any information.

Here are some options:
KEEP IT! you are getting a Water Filter Pitcher for $4.96
RETURN your pitcher
COMMENT on their Facebook page
CALL and ask for your receipt to be returned to you so you can return it
If you return it to Walmart without your receipt, you will likely end up with a $9.99 gift card, or whatever you paid for it. You should be able to get your money back.

While I didn’t get in on this because I don’t need or want it, I have to agree with people being upset about it. Companies put out promotions to get you to buy their products. And, in this case it worked. So, when they pull back and say “no” on the rebate, they should hear that people are upset.
I bought the pitcher but do not have the rebate form! I thought I would be able to print it but now it seems this is not the case! If anyone can steer me in the right direction to get one it would be much appreciated!
there are no prints available for the rebate.
I have the form printed but have not bought it yet. Can I go ahead and buy this and mail it in and still get my rebate?
I just bought them on the 19th and have the form along with my receipt ready to go. Do you think I dare mail it in since them gave the update that they will honor the rebate? I guess I could always try and if not then return the Brita Pitcher with a request to have my receipt returned. What are you going to do Paul?
If you bought the Brita Pitcher just for the rebate then you missed the whole point to begin with…
