The photo seems to indicate that this is a box of 36 tablets.
I’m not sure why one would buy a name brand when Walmart offers Equate brand – larger quantity (400 tabs) for less $$ than buying baby aspirin this way. To get close to the 400 tablets of Equate brand you would have to buy 10 boxes of St. Joseph aspirin, plus you need the coupons to get the deal! That means asking 9 friends for their coupons or buying extra copies of the newspaper (more money out of pocket) or dumpster diving!
Please explain the cost expediency of this.

You are right, I definitely would not buy coupons specifically to buy the aspirin. I post many items tht I personally may not buy, but others might. Some people are very brand specific and may only want that brand. I have the Great Value tab for everyday savings on the Walmart Store brand.
